Purpose of the seminar:

The seminars address to Arabic-speaking refugees, immigrants, and students who live in Greece and are designed to develop simple communication skills, familiarity with basic grammatical phenomena, and to habituate the participants to the cultural – historical Greek way of living, in order to  join themselves smoothly in Greek society. Due to the fact, that they are conducted with the co-teaching of a philologist of the Greek and Arabic language respectively,  these seminars are suitable for Arabic-speaking, who know no other language than their mother one. At the end of the seminar, the Cultural – Educational Center ACADEMIA provide certificates of attendance, indicating the total hours attended.

Workshop Duration:

The course duration is three months (June-July – September). The seminar will start at the 2nd week of June (Thursday 9/6) and ends the last week of September (stops July 22 to August 28) and it will be covered in two 60 minutes, plus intermission of 15 minutes per week. The additional events are taking place outside these hours.

The right of participation in the seminars, have only registered members of the Cultural – Training Centre ACADEMIA. The amount of the monthly membership fee is 20 Euro.
