PORTUGUESE

ACADEMIC YEAR: 2025–2026

Acade Cultural is an authorized examination center for the certification of the Portuguese language for the CAPLE diploma.

The CAPLE diploma of the University of Lisbon is the internationally recognized certification of Portuguese as a foreign language. Our collaboration with this institution began in 2025.

Throughout the year, three examination periods take place at the Foreign Languages Center: May, July, and November.

Applications for participation are announced by the Foreign Languages Center one month prior to the upcoming examinations.

Each candidate is required to demonstrate proficiency in all skill areas:

• Reading comprehension

• Listening comprehension

• Written production

• Oral production

CAPLE 2026

May 2026 Examination Dates:

12 May, Tuesday – DIPLE (B2)
13 May, Wednesday – DEPLE (B1) and DUPLE (C2)
14 May, Thursday – CIPLE (A2) and DAPLE (C1)

Application deadline: 27 April 2026
Results announcement: 10 July 2026

November 2026 Examination Dates:

3 November, Tuesday – DIPLE (B2)
4 November, Wednesday – DEPLE (B1) and DUPLE (C2)
5 November, Thursday – CIPLE (A2) and DAPLE (C1)

Application deadline: 20 October 2026
Results announcement: 14 January 2027
